I saw a post on here about a 4Runner getting stolen without a key and the skeptics were chiming in. Do we need to safeguard our beloved 4Runners? How?!?!

I've always said, If someone wants your car, they WILL get it,, no matter what security you have on it.
This is why, I've never spent a dime on a alarm system, waist of money, if they want it, they will get it.

An alarm is good at stopping the joy riders. And unfortunately in MA there are a LOT of them. But the professional thief can get by any alarm.

There's a guy a few towns over from where I live..who has a whole bunch of restored antiques. He secures the premises...NOT the cars.

Or if your that worried put a kill switch in it.. Had one on my 92 when there was a lot of Toyota's being stolen around town..
