Bummer. I guess I'll find out what they are gonna do in the next day or so.Nope not unless it was part of the original deal.

Here. https://www.usatoday.com/story/mone...action-price-3-kbb-kelley-blue-book/26690191/ I spent two seconds searching just for you. This is a few years old so add another 3% or so.
It absolutely does not matter "However, being in such a wide array of socioeconomic classes in the US compounded by ever increasing inflation and credit markets, it's all subsequent to your perspective" (your quote) because the 4Runner's price is not dependent to your class. It is the same regardless, and that is just a bit above the AVERAGE list price. I would also think that the median would be higher than the average because of the small volume of really expensive vehicles versus the huge volume of lower priced vehicles. Thanks for letting me know you work with numbers.
Take a look at what people cross shop their 4Runners against: Jeep Grand Cherokee ($40K+) Tahoe ($50K+) Explorer ($40K+) and the 4Runner quickly becomes a good deal, not an expensive deal.
OP, sorry to thread jack. Get your tires re balanced.
Why didn't you move this thread to the wheels and tires forum like you did mine from just a few weeks ago?
This obviously is an issue with 5th gen 4Runners.
OP - the dealer won't fix it. Better just live with it. Good luck. I too worry about bearing life but going to the dealer has been worthless.

Thanks for spending those two seconds for me to quote a headline you read, but I'm just trying to be helpful here. Maybe you got a math lesson from Bernie Sanders but I'm merely pointing out the information is flawed. Please note that the article begins with "estimated". In statistics this means, "we think we are kind of close, and we could be?". In reality we have no idea what data he used, where he got it, and if anything was excluded. The fact is it's estimated because it's such a large amount of data with so many variables its hard to do anything other than estimate. But an average is not an accurate representation of a data pool that large unless the data correlates well. In this case because of the large cost disparities, it does not.
In actuality a median will pull it down because it's volume based.
As an example using the houses I used before, the mean would be pulled up to $227,273 while the median would still be $100,000 because it more easily recognizes outliers. Therefor its a much more accurate representation of that market.
And if you think cars are cheap, it's because credit is cheap. From my income, I don't label any of the cars you listed as cheap. To you they might be pocket change. That's why I was saying it's all relative to your perspective and you shouldn't knock the guy for thinking he bought a premium truck.
OP: I'll keep hunting and if I find a solution, I'll let you know.
As I expected, after the 5th road force balance - done yesterday by Discount Tires, the vibration is still there, it even might have gotten a tad worse. Not sure what's next, as it seems quite unlikely this is a tire balancing/alignment problem at this point.

get new tires.
get new tires.
This post is useless.
According to the dealership tech they have looked through the entire suspension and found nothing wrong. I assume that includes the CV axles but who knows what they did or didn't check.I know its quite the shot but have them check the CV Axle of your runner and ill say go with where it shakes the most usually one part of the car like driver side..
.. I had this issue with a previous car I owned.. I eliminated wheel and tire balancing and had my cv axle boot checked.. if that stilll doesn't work maybe try different rims to see if the rim was the issue?
I can safely make a few assumptions about you... you are single and have no kids. Money is not an issue for you because you still live rent free with your parents. So most of your money goes to Mods and chaturbate. ANd you wait in line for hours at iphone release.well when the root cause is either:
1. everyone with recent builds has geometry issues that road force balancing isnt solving
or
2. everyone has the same shitty oem tires that are causing the problem, meaning toyota must have received a bad batch from the manufacturer
I think its pretty safe to say its option two. Either get the dealer to replace or take it up with manufacturer using warranty. Or you can save yourself the headache and just buy some decent tires. For those who will whine about this recommendation:

Back on topic. Some of us have OEM setups meaning no mods meaning no geometric changes from OEM.
I'll agree that OEM bridgestones arent the best but simply say "give up and fork out the money" is idiocy on your part.
So just stay out of this thread and let the few of us find a solution.
My 4th gen had this issue and my 5th. No one has mentioned tire pressure yet. I run 40 - 42 PSI for on road use and it eliminates 99% of the shake. I think when I picked up both my 4th and 5th they were at 32 PSI, insanely low for a truck IMHO.
your assumptions are incorrect.
ETA: sounds like you need to go be poor somewhere else.
