I'm running a set of Goodyear Duratrac 245/75-16 tires that replaced the stock 265/70-16. I was going to buy the 265/75-16 Duratracs but was concerned about loss of power/torque. The 245/75-16's have a diameter that is very close to the stock size and are just fine in my opinion. The 265/75-16's are about an inch larger in diameter (about 3.14" larger circumference) than the stock size.

I'm happy with my choice.

You'll be fine, I've been running 245/75's with stock wheels on mine for the last 7years or so.

Also, If you are thinking of getting BFG AT/KO2's, the 245/75/16 is a lot cheaper than the stock size.

Yes. Just ask a good tire store like Les Schwab. I replaced my 265's with 235x85x16 summer and 225x75x16 snow tires.
