Rare due to less demand.
Fewer SUVs with 20 inch wheels times fewer 20 inch wheel owners interested in ATs.

Yes. However, many of us have sold our stock rims to go to a wheel with more options. There is a pretty good market for the 20" wheel surprisingly.

Bummer....as I would think it would be more beneficial to have the additional ground clearance.

The 20" rim doesn't give you additional clearance. It is less than the clearance of the 17" rim with the OEM tires the 17" rim comes with. Wheels don't give clearance, overall tire size does. FWIW, I have more clearance running my wheel/tire combo than the stock 20" with tires... I think you need to read this now. Pay special attention to each column...

A bit of a learning curve to update ones tires. I'm simply looking to maintain current ground clearance, keep the speedometer and odometer sync that I have and upgrade to a good AT tire.
