SWEET! That's the one I'm talking about!! How your MPG w/ the SC?

Have only driven about two tanks of gas thru it since it was installed. I can't really see much/ if any differance in mpg.

Gas milage should be the same until you put the pedel to the metal.

I believe j0mama lives in canada but he bought it from a guy only 50 miles away from me. So I looked the guy up on ebay and contacted him. He said he had another one brand new in the box with the correct brand new ecu kit. Nice guy too....When I contacted him he said I could pick it up and his brother in law had one on a tundra so I could take a look at it already installed and even take a ride before I bought it.

Went with him on a test drive and .....well....lets just say that sealed the deal. I have had 4 runners...one of each generation......1987.....1992.....1997. The 1997 I had bot and had the dealer install a TRD supercharger so I kinda knew what to expect. But I must say although it was nice it seems to me that comparing the two they put much more developement into the 47L supercharger. In may opion it is quieter....smoother....and yields way more horsepower.....
I guess reworking the ecu did alot to help the power and the gas milage.

I have no clue way trd stopped making these or put them on hold. It is a marked improvement over my 1997 and I thought that one was great.

As far as the buttons in the center console. They let you adjust the hieght in the rear for putting things in and out of the back...kinda nice. And it will adjust the hieght to keep the truck level when you fill the back with alot stuff or there are people in the back seat. It even adjust itself as you use up gas. Something I had to get use to....when you park the truck and start to walk away you can hear the air coming out for about 5 or 6 seconds and you turn to see the back of the truck going down....
It actually came as a package with the XREAS shocks on the limited.
All I know is once I saw them at the dealer it would have driven me nuts if I just had blanks when I knew what was suppose to be there.......of course it cost me alot more $$$ for the privilege tho....

They stopped making them bcuz the connecting rods are really weak from wat ive heard from alot ppl and on lextreme.com i contacted the guy and hr told me the same thing.
