Stuck crank pulley bolt.... WHY?!?!?!

Trying to put a new timing belt on my '93 3vze and I can NOT get the crank pulley bolt out for ANYTHING... used a 4' cheater bar and also a 500ft. lb. impact @ 125psi and it wouldn't budge.... any ideas on what else I could do?!

put the breaker bar on it, and rest it against the steering box or frame, disconnect the coil, and bump the starter over.

It works. Rest the breaker bar just under the passenger side frame rail, pull the ignition coil wire, and bump the starter.

Will this throw everything out of wack since I've got the timing belt pulled off of the cam sprockets already?!

yes, it will.

it should be done first.

You need a pulley holder, along with pipe extensions , it will roll right out. Using the starter and ring gear for removal, will only lead to damage. It doe take some strength upon removal of the collar(crank) bolt. I almost broke my pulley holder tool(OTC or the like) during the last t-belt job. Best of luck with it.
