Stuck intake bolt

I'm trying to remove my air intake chamber so that I can access my fuel injectors. My poor truck's been sitting for 2 months while we've been getting record amounts of snow.

I'm stuck on one bolt, and while I got the nut off the bolt, I can't get the thing to come loose.

Here are some pictures, if anyone has suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Have you tried penetrating oil? The only other thing I can think of is to use two nuts on the stud and jam them together then turn the whole thing and unscrew the stud.

You could try a little heat with a small propane torch or Map gas.
