Running a B&M (80264, I think?) cooler, separate from the radiator. New-ish Koyo rad, should I go ahead run it through the radiator as well? Anyways, this just started yesterday. I have a Scanguage ll with the trans temp monitored. I typically run around 176 or so but yesterday, the temp started getting just above 200. No changes; not towing, same road I've driven a thousand times, out of OD... One other question: at what point is it time to pull over? i seem to recall 235.

That doesn't sound like a good sign to me. If there was a change in the steepness of the roads traveled or the ambient temps were much hotter, it would make sense to have hotter temps. The fact that all the conditions are the same means something is wrong.
Have you checked the fluid level and looked for leaks?
What kind of engine coolant temps are you seeing? I'm wondering if your fan clutch is possibly getting tired and not pulling as much air through the cooling fins of the radiator and trans cooler.
230 degrees is the temp I will pull over and give my trans and engine a break.
