Suggestions for On Board Air bracket - DIY or Purchased

I'm looking adding a small compressor into the space under the hood just in front of the passenger. It looks like there are two studs and a hole I can use to mount a bracket or DIY plate.

My '17 TRDORP is a lease and I'm not sure I'll be keeping it. I don't want to do anything to permanent or destructive.

I'm more about function than looking 'pretty'. I was thinking of hitting up Ace Hardware and/or Home Depot/Lowes to see what they had for plates. Ace always is my goto for nuts/bolts.

I haven't picked a compressor, but I'm not looking to get a high-end ARB. I'm thinking more like a Viair, SmittyBuilt or SuperFlow. An air tank would be optional. I would love something with an auto shutoff, but starts to add cost.
I'm also not looking at in-cab wiring. Everything would be under the hood.

I have not and not heard of the company. When I did some googling I only found a CB bracket.

Not sure where I am going to mount it but I usually just go to Home Depot or Industrial Metal Supply and look at various brackets or metal I can drill into to fabricate what I need. In many cases I have used Simpsons Strong Ties(used in construction 2x4s, 4x4s etc), or something from the hardware or plumbing section. I also keep various brackets in my toolbox whenever I buy something, for example brackets that came with my TV mount made for very large TVs. I'll update this if I find something that works without too much modification.

We’ve been using a Viair 400H for a couple years to air up our tires and have been very happy with its performance. The hook up is easy with long wires, and a built in fuse. The unit has its own switch on it so no dash switch needed. We mounted it in the same location you want to just by drilling a couple small, inconspicuous holes. Airs up fast and doesn’t get too hot.

I only need it to fill airbags from around 10 to 35PSI when towing trailer so I'm guessing that should work?

Sounds like you're very set on non-permanent so why not just stick with a portable? For the price of these brackets I picked up my Viair 400P on sale. Not mounting it under the hood means you can easily move it to another vehicle if needed and it doesn't get hot/dirty/wet being in the engine compartment.

Made my own for $20 with bits and pieces from Home Depot. Holding on strong for over a year. With a little ingenuity you can make one to fit the ARB CKMA12 or twin compressor.

The issue I have with the 'pack' style is the space. I would prefer to not have to take up cargo space or forget it. Honestly, the forgetting is the real reason ... Haha.

The dirt under the hood is a concern. Has anyone used a cover or boot to protect the pump?
