It looks like old news, but whatever happened to this?

What ever happened to even getting a super charger for the 4Runner?

I so badly want the URD one, but they don't make one for us 4Runner owners.

anyone have any insight on whats going on with a supercharger for the 4th gen 4runner owners??

hmmm, thats weird? have you tried looking for 4th gen tacoma chargers? i got mine on the 02 put in at a dealer and on the invoice it says tacoma charger...been in for almost 2 years now with the TRD single pipe exhaust...and she's still fast and powerful as a hell IMO the best single thing you could ever do to ur runner

yea, the tacoma part was what was listed. as far as i know, everything under the hood is the same for the 3rd gen tacomas and runners...jus different body. but, just an idea to help ur search. if ur interested in looking, i can send you some under the hood pics to see what ur workin with. but the new charger in that write up is completly different as is the newer engine.

mine is a 3rd gen. still got the 3.4 v6 but the increase in power is insane. i can smoke BMW, infinity, mercedes and even porche cayennes without the twin turbo (the highest end version), and not to mention the occasional ******* in a little honda or whatever with a stupidly loud exhaust pipe who trys to drag me.
with the single pipe TRD exhaust, my truck roars. i'm hesitant to put in an AEM cold air pipe just because it's already pretty loud. i like it tho.
as was said...its damn amazing that 7psi increase in manifold pressure equals 118 horses. all in all, my truck it prob about 330-350hp
