I need help. I have a 2014, with boss coilovers up front, shrockworks bumper. In the back i have Superflex HD springs and bilstein 5100 shocks with a CBI rear bumper with tire carrier.
I am very happy with the springs in the back, but the 5100's are simply valved too soft for the added weight of the bumper and heavier spring. I have done extensive research and made no less than 5 phone calls to companies to get opinions before posting this. The rear "pogo's" when going over bumps really slow, when the bumper is back on its way up, it has enough momentum to lift the rear tires. I know that cdcv icons 2.5's would work great, but, i just won't use them enough to justify. I am looking for a sub $400 option. I am afraid to buy something just for them to be valved "from the factory" but still don't control the weight. Considering OME, but then the weight i have it is right between 60080/60081 shocks. Sorry for the long winded note. I could go on and on Progressive, digressive blah blah. Just want real world experiences from people with similar setup. Thank you.
