Noticed toytec has added superflex heavy duty coils. 2.5" rather than 2" and heavier weight capacity. Quick search here yielded nothing. Anyone running these?

I think these just came out. They seem to be a pretty sweet idea so you don't have to jump from the 2 inch to 3 or 3.5. Haven't seen anyone with them yet though

Yeah I'm on that website pretty much daily and I just noticed them. I have been eyeing the icon coils because I prefer a forward rake to the leveled look that my daystar kit provides. Will continue to watch this thread to see if anyone uses these.

I have them on my 4th gen limited and love them. They ride very well, and flex even better. I even carried 300 pounds of tire and wheel in the back with only about 1/4 to 1/2 inches of squat. The extra 1/2inch of coil height really translates to about an inch in ride height with just stock weight, I sit an inch higher than my dads (bigredtex95) and he has the stiffest one coils. I'll post some pictures later when I get home from work if you'd like.

Got them installed this weekend. Rear is completely empty in this pic. Tires are 285/70/17 on 17x8 wheels just to give some perspective. The rear went up 3.75". The from went up 2". On e the rear settles a bit, I'll raise the front closer to 3" of lift.

Got the Camburgs from Wheeler's Off Road. Toytec sells them, but Wheelers offers them with Moog ball joints installed so you don't have to swap your OEMs over. Total with shipping to TX was just over $550 for the UCAs. I chose them over uniball for the perceived lower maintenance required. Only time will tell there. I also liked the fact that I can walk into just about any parts store and get a replacement ball joint without having to order it.
If you have a friend with a press, you can save quite a bit of money moving the OEM ball joints over.
Again, only time will tell if I made the right decision on this, but I feel it was the right one for me.

I was trying to decide between Camburg and Total Chaos UCAs - I think I am decided on Camburg now, however, with the Moog ball joints. I spoke with Toytec today and they said they are no longer going to carry Camburg because of "customer service" issues. I guess I will purchase them from your source as well. The only other decision I am wrestling with now is regular superflex vs HD superflex coils. Are you planning on a bumper at some point? Just curious why you went the the HD coils.

I've only had it on a few days but am very happy with this setup. I was worried about how it would feel compared to XREAS (I have a Limited), but I have absolutely zero regrets. I haven't wheeled it yet but should get a chance the weekend after next.
Three reasons for the HD in my case. First, I do plan to add a bumper. I just don't know when. I don't want to have to go back in later and redo things. Second, I wanted a little higher lift than what the standard coils offer. The HD will give 3.5" unloaded and 2.5" with a constant 400 lb load. A bumper won't be that heavy, but loaded up it will still sit really nice. Third, I like a stiffer on-road feel. This will obviously change with a bumper but I get to enjoy it until then

Sorry its taken so long for me to get a picture of my setup but I finally got time to. For anone who doesn't remember I have the boss kit with the 2.5" superflex HD coils in the rear. The front coilovers are left at the preset height from the box leaving me with a 3/8" rake.

I got out and wheeled for the first time on this setup yesterday. Drove fantastic on the trail. Didn't get many action pics, mainly videos, but I can link them if someone wants to see them.
My rears didn't settle much. I put close to 800 miles on it before adjusting the fronts. I think the back came down by a whopping quarter inch.
Still very happy.

I just installed the superflex HD rear springs and theToyec 3" spacer up front on our 2014 trail last weekend as well. Here are a few pics bofore and after. Super stiff ride in the rear compared to stock. But with 4 adults it calms down alot. And i know ....needs more tire haha ! Working on that and some spacers in the near future!
