Man, gotta say, it's tough waiting to see what the 2013 models might bring (guessing Sept/Oct).
My problem is that start poking around thinking about some of my past vehicles and let myself look at others. Case in point...Range Rover HSE. Now, no flames please, ha. It was a passing thing. I owned 2 mid-late 90's Rangies and while they are certainly incredible off-road, you have to live with a steady trail of parts falling off, lights going off, and general breakdowns...crazy.
Yes, for $40k you can buy a nice '05 RR HSE with around 70k miles and they are certainly great in many ways...but ya gotta be willing to deal with horrendous reliability issues and these days, I am not.
I seek things that not everyone has, but I will be making my LE T4R my own for sure. Of course, there's a reason the 4Runners do so well in market...they are so great vehicles.
Thank goodness the T4R is so "right" in so many ways, I always come to my senses (well usually).
