suspected exhaust leak

Ok this might take a min. So replaced my muffler & reson. gone side exit , replaced 4 gaskets on downpipes & y-pipe & before muffler , have had 2 guys check for manifold leaks fractures and still have an exhaust type leak sound at WOT ? Every thing sounds ok till I step on it then sounds like hole n exhaust system somewhere ? Is this just a by product of the aluminum engine or you guys have suggestions ?

if you removed the resonater (which dampens out certain sound frequency) in favor of a side exit , as a result, that may be what you are hearing. if you used a different type of muffler,(performance instead of oem) may also add to it.

super 70 ii flowmaster

Yes ok to both, super 70 flowmaster its got that that pathfinder headgasket leak sound ? No loss of coolant or oil , mo smells or anything like that. Hate that rappy sound , might have to change muffler ?
