Suspension knocking

I have a 2012 4R Trail with KDSS (standard in Canada). Last fall I noticed as the weather got colder, the suspension was making what I can best describe as a 'knocking' sound and it seems to come from both front and back. Also, it only seems to happen on rough bumps. The truck has 49,000 KMS on it.

No noise when turning or on smooth roads.

Thoughts? Possibly the shocks? I have not checked them for leaks yet.
