hmmm, I was wondering if u can swap a i-Force V8 motor from a sequioa into a 2000 or 2001 4runner, and supercharge that motor, and 1 more thing, Can you fit 24'z on a 00 or 01 4runner?

ok look people i thought u folkz are gonna know some things about 4runners, 36 people take a look at it, but dont leave one message? thats messed up. Is it because im still 16? man its my birthday tommorow hahaha im 17 tmrw so you people needa help me man, so my dad can pay for that swap. THANKS MOFOz

Here's the deal, anything is possible if you have the time and money. No one here, that I know of, has installed a V8. For the time and money involved it would be more effective to install a TRD supercharger and seventh injector to the V6. It will run with any V8. Chill JR!

Here's the deal, anything is possible if you have the time and money. No one here, that I know of, has installed a V8. For the time and money involved it would be more effective to install a TRD supercharger and seventh injector to the V6. It will run with any V8. Chill JR!

Maybe no one on this board has done such a thing, so noone has any advice to give.
But anything is possible given a enough time and money.
You might have easier time retro fitting a small block chevy or ford in your 4runner...I've heard people doing this...think I even reading it in one of those 4wheel magazines once. (I think there is a kit available to do this, but not sure where to find them...)
A small block chevy or ford V8 is (most likely believe it or not) dimensionally smaller than the DOHC motors (because of the DOHC multivalve heads).

I'll give it a shot - I did take the time to read it and don't want to be one of the "39"....
My 1st question is why? But I guess you want to go faster and are attached to you current ride? I bet your under 20 and got the car from your parents and want to hop it up.
It would be opening a can of worms. Would your tranny or your rear end hold up to a v-8? Swap computer as well? New front springs? Do you want AC? New exhaust?
Like above, you can do anygthing if you got the cash. But then if you had a bunch of coin you could get a 05 Runner with a v-8.

o i guess, i might as well keep that V6 and put a supercharger in, oh yea can i fit some 24Z on that _? that _ would look clean as _ eh? holla back
