Swapping doors - any write ups?

I'm going to pistol whip the first one that says shenanigans

I've been searching for write ups but have only found info on removable doors and taking off the door panels. I am trying to find a write up that covers swapping the internals, locks, etc. I'm about to set up shop in the driveway and swap these two doors out, would appreciate any advice as I dive in.

Once you get inside the door and remove all of the plastic everything is fairly straight forward as far as removing items and reinstalling them. I don't think I have ever seen a writeup done though.

changing the lock might be a pain in the @ss. I've taken apart the panels so many times and I know you can take the handles off easily but I have seen very little about the locks.

The door bolts are collared so unless the hinges are tweaked the door should self align - I love Toyota. Swapping internals is pretty easy and if you are smarter than a gnat it should be easily done just going slow and taking some pics might help in case you need some reference. The door latches should have 3 phillips bolts for the latch, some rods to undo, and a plug. The door lock cylinder will have a clip to release it from the handle once you have it off the door, easy. The window and regulator should be 10mm head bolts and fish the regulator out of the door. Are these front or rear doors? It might be slightly different depending on that, still no big deal.

You need torque bits for the latch assembly.

Like stated, straight forward, but a PITA because it's such a small area.

Gah! I couldn't remember if it was torx or phillips, ive done so many camry, corolla, highlander, etc doors ive lost track. Maybe its honda im thinking of that has crazy tight phillips bolts on the latch.
Anyway, it wont help you now but next time i tear into one of my doors to sound deaden i'll take some pics and notes.
