I can also make these with stud posts and boot covers. I'm finally getting around to making a new set for myself!
How much extra will a set run with the boot covers?

An extra $12 a set. So $12 more if you're just wanting fronts or rears. An extra $24 if you're wanting both front and rear.

Pretty sure a couple guys are running my links with the Metal Tech kit. You'll need to find a way to "properly" use the front with disconnects. As far as disconnecting, that's on the end user. I've let me rear sway bar flop around a few times and never hard any issues.

I just installed these with the MT LT kit but i haven't gotten a chance to test them out in action yet. I also know their are others over on T120 who run them with the kit also and have had no issues.
On a side not [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION] or anyone else who can give feed back, Like i said above i just installed the double disconnects along with my new suspension and since have been noticing almost like a light popping from both the rear passenger and driver side when making turns, nothing outrageous or i don't think its anything serious because me and a friend installed everything so i know it was all done properly but my question is does have this noise ?Because i was thinking the noise was coming from the double disconnect links maybe with the heim joints? Also i'm a bit more then 3" in the rear do you think that is a issue too [MENTION=98153]MStudt[/MENTION]?

The popping noise isn't going to be a heim joint unless it's about to fail. Those don't fail very often, and it does take quite a long time too. I would check and make sure you have no play in the links. Make sure there is no slop in the top disconnect feature. Some people don't tighten the nut down enough, and the slop is what you're hearing. Being a little over 3" isn't going to hurt anything.

These links are now made to fit on FJ Cruisers, and Lexus GX470 (w/out KDSS only).
These links will work on lifts up to 3". These are made with 1/2-20 LH chromoly rod ends with nylon races. They have 3/4" hex bar that has been drill to 1/2-20 LH on one end and 1/2-20 RH on the other. The bushing side has 1/2-20 B7 threaded rod that is rated at 125,000 PSI. All links will the option of red or black Energy Suspension bushings. These will fit stock sway bar link mounts, and no drilling is required for these. You can get these made three different ways.
I'd like to give some information on the double disconnects and getting them disconnect. First off, please do not over tighten the top bushings. Over tightening the top bushings will cause you to not be able to release the top pin. If you wrench down on the bushings, you will not be able to slide the heim off the stud.
