Noticed a grinding so I jacked up the front and my drivers side front wheel bearing is bad for the 3rd time.... Really effing sick of this Shit! Then while I was under there I noticed the rear shocks are leaking oil around the shafts! I mean come on bilstein! First the fronts and now the rears! F*&@

You got them from njshadow right? They should be good quality parts. You replacing ALL the seals when you put the new bearings in? There's one on the bearing assembly itself that comes pressed between hub and bearing already, the seal in the back of the knuckle, the oring in the knuckle (I think this comes with the assembly usually too), and then one on the CV shaft that's really just more of a cup. Clean all the mating surfaces up really well and load marine grease in the empty pockets and intersections of parts.
For the shocks, warranty? or upgrade time. I'm thinking one of those metaltech long travel setups. :drummer:

I've already replaced his with another set of parts I bought locally and had a shop press in. I've reolaced every seal every time, have new cv axles and everything. I have replaced both fronts twice now, this will be the 3rd for the drivers side.
Yes, I will be doing an upgrade on the rear. Have to at this point!

Something is either bent, or not going in properly. 3 times with is unacceptable.

Agreed. I was anal about checking everything last time cause I thought I messed up the first time... I just don't know now.

You think it could be the spacers/adapters you're using?
Possible but I believe several have rims that have more back spacing than I have with my spacers. I stick out 1.25"-1.5" past stock. If spindles didn't cost so much I would buy some new ones of those too.

Im gonna be on my second set of wheel bearings too. its just nature of the beast with heavier wheel set ups on a car or truck. try to get rid of the spacers and lighten your wheel set up. less weight is less stress and if something is out of round then it will blow them even faster(wheel,spacer,tire,rotor). good luck man

Is it the same bearing every time?
2 on each side. This is the 3rd on the drivers now.

Well damn...I'd almost think a wheel is bent or the tire is way out of balance and just shaking the bearing to death if it were just one side.
I run tire beads and they stay in balance except when I lack them with mud. I'm at a loss myself, I need to sas! Lol

Tire beads is the only thing you're doing different than most here. They should work just fine but maybe try it without?
Definitely not as hard as some of these guys, but I do wheel it often. I'm getting less than a year or if them. I've also noticed my lca bushings are getting worn and the washer that goes on top of the shock above the top hats is now bent the wrong direction again.... So maybe I do.? Rear shocks are leaking, rear bushings are shot... I need an upgrade!

What are your signs of failure? Squealing, grinding, etc? What do the failed ones look like after you pull then out?

No sounds until they are completely trash, but then grinding on corners and such. Last ones were spitting out bearings and just a pile of metal shavings and dry. This one I just pulled out is in tact but barely. Lots of metal shavings! It's very loose. Mounting surfaces and seals look good.
