T4R Height with lift & tires?

So, I have a dilemma. I live in an apartment in the city and subsequently work in an office building. Unfortunately, the parking lots at both buildings have a relatively low height acceptance. I can clear the lots just fine and I've also seen F250s in both buildings.

My question is aimed at those with moderate lifts. I'd like a moderate lift, about 2-3" with 275/70/17 tires over stock wheels. I know that a roof rack is out of the question. But do you guys know how tall your rides are with a similar setup? I wanna say that both building clearances are at about 6'7". To add, I also have aftermarket crossbars on but they're pretty low profile.

I have the bilsteins on mine set to 2.5" up front and no lift in rear. I'm running 285/70/17. I'm 6'7" and can see the roof of mine still. I would guess it's about 6'2" max. Plus a couple inches for the roof rails.

thanks dude... and holy shit you're a giant. how do the tires fit in the rear with no lift?

I have a 3/2" lift with 275/70/17 tires. My garage opening is 80" and I have about 5" of clearance. Lots of roof racks would still fit if empty or loaded below the side rails.

My office garage only has 7' clearance and with my roof rack I still have a few inches of clearance. My radio antenna hits before anything else so it's a nice warning sign, don't think 14+ have antennas anymore.

That 6'7" is low I don't think I'd fit, but I haven't measured in awhile.

I'm running 2.5, 34's, Gobi, and still fit in 6'8.

thanks guys. turns out my apartment entrance is 6'4. i went ahead and ordered bilsteins all around. just to be safe i'll be going 2.5/2 with 275s. i'll sort out a rack based on that. it'll be a pain in the ass come snowboarding season since my snowboard racks are pretty high profile but not a big deal.

unfortunately, when we head up to the mountain i've got several people in tow and it's a 2 hour drive to the slopes. the snowboards won't fit in the back unless they're hanging out the rear.
