hate mudd

well today was somewhat of a productive day...i got to knock as much rust off the undercarriage as i could and threw a quick coat of flat black on it...hopefully will last until the summer and i can do some serious rust prevention..

Then i took my rotors off and took them to have them turned...i guess i have hit to many mudd holes while my rotors where hott and it caused them to wrap...its all good 20 bucks and she is stoppin perfect again....no pics because i kinda figured u knew what it looked like taking rotors off to get them turned...hopefully tomorrow i can get my LC 8 wraps installed....they have been sitting in the back of my runner for over a month now....:wow2:...and honestly i just cant take it anymore!!!!

Lmao now thats funny. good luck getting him off his ass or outta bed!!!!

HAHAA...yea really but we cant pick on a man that aint online hahaha cause he probably a) asleep b) workin c) sleepin! LOL!!! WAKE UP HADDIX AND START WORKING ON THAT FJ!!! HAHAHAA!!!

Build is looking great T4Rex.

Keep up the great work. Looking forward to more updates. :pop2:

Thanks got a few things sitting around the house and in the back of 4Runner that i need to install but have some family issues that need to be taken care of first....fiancee is pretty sick right now, she has gastroparesis and just recently got a temporary pace maker for her stomach put in, and we are waiting to get the permanent one put in within the next few weeks...she stays pretty sick and everything but the temporary pace maker is working pretty well hopefully within the next few months she will be back to her normal self...that way i can get back to wrenchin a lil more....

oh wow.... I'm truly sorry to hear that. Hopefully she pulls through it soon and is back to being her old self again....

Just think though, you have lots to look forward to in the next few months.

Shoot, I still have things sitting from over 6 months ago. My rock lights have been mounted with the leads just hanging because I haven't had a chance to wire 2 power leads for them. Probably wouldn't take more than a couple hours for the complete hookup. Things just take a while to get going sometimes.

Sorry to hear that as well.. I didn't even know what that was until I looked it up. I hope everything gets better for you guys.

Thanks man, yeah its pretty crazy!! really just came outta no where. But with this pacemaker and things hopefully things get better for her eventually...she says all she wants to be able to do again is eat a Papa Johns pizza LOL....she is definitely a lil :boxer: so we will make it through it...just gotta put the 4Runner on back burner ALOT more than usual....but its ok....Still gotta order wiring harness and mod the axel housing for the e-locker...but hopefully should have that within the next month gonna probably go with the one from 12 voltguy i have read several good reviews on here about his products. I have already got the switch that u told me to order from OTRATTW.com.

Been trying to put my LC coils in for over a month now lol...I swear i will get em done this weekend i dont care if its freezing rain...lol

aint that the truth lol...I have been running around with a set of Piaas and everything to extend sway bar endlinks for about 6 months too LOL...the Piaas probably about 3, but those i need on my runner the most my headlights SUXX!!

with everything going on i did manage to find sometime this morning to get my tires rotated and balanced...i also turned my rotors a few days ago...4Runner is rolling at 75mph alot smoother and stoppin like it should....

Finally!!

Well, yesterday I finally got to install my LC 8 wraps. I woulda been taking pictures but ALL 3 cell phones my GF and I have, all have took a shit on us. NOT A DAMN ONE WORKING LOL...but anyways i am currently rocking a flip phone hahahaha!! LOVE IT TOO...:focus:

The LC 8 wraps were a pretty simple install. :smokin: Took me longer than it probably should but i also went ahead and put extended my rear sway bar end-links with the PolyPerformance sway bar end-links from Advance and some 2200 pd forged steel eye bolts and PolyPerformance bushings. The difference is amazing!! Ride is a whole lot smoother...I KNOW one thing i NEED some BIGGER MEAT!! these 265/75/16s just aint cutting it anymore. I haven't got to hit any trails since the install but hopefully tomorrow after church and a quick trip to trade out my OME 890s for another factory bumper like mine, (CAUSE MINE LOOKS LIKE DOG POOP) will have to do until i can afford or plate bumper.

My 4Runner is coming close to 300,000 miles (291 and some change)....ya i know :jaw drop:....
So i have been thinking about doing some preventive maintaince....first gonna change my driver side CV, (maybe both) then gonna flush/clean ALL systems (diffs, trans, oil, coolants, brakes)....and replacing the frt brake pads, plugs, wires, cleaning throttle body, O gasket Mod, clean MAF sensor, changing the belts i didnt change previously :ybrick:, & (HOPEFULLY) B&M Transmission Cooler. Oh yeah, and put a stop to that lil oil leak....

Gonna look into changing the water pump and possible looking into bigger or better alternator?? There is nothing really sticking out to be a problem....i am not a mechanic by any means, so if anyone has any advice on things to look into changing at 300k???

Thats great to hear. Glad you got a few things addressed.

Thanks!! :thumb: I got ALOT more on my list hopefully i can get most of it knocked out by the spring....I really like how u have those lights under ur headlights! I wished i could move my turn signals up to the corner marker lights....but i am not very good with wiring and besides that it scares the CRAP outta me....i can see myself BURNING my vehicle DOWN TO THE GROUND IN SECONDS LOL!!! Usto have a best bro that was a 12 volt specialist but he moved to Florida. I really wished i woulda payed more attention to how he wired stuff up....

100th post....

:guitar2: :smokin: Guess, i just thought it was cool...lol :der:

BUT...then i realized its as cools as a.....:mullet:
