Yeah she is doing a lil bit better... I didn't go on very many hard trails just kinda sight seeing with her and kids since the weather is getting better here.

ive thought about doing it before. but if i found out who did it im going to put them on christian mingle or black people meet.
the first call i answered and when the guy asked if my truck was still for sale i was like no why do you ask then he said he saw the craigslist ad.. my phone got blown up for 2 days.

So I had a short in my factory fog lights. Changed the fuses probably 10xs a few days ago and it keep blowing the fuse. I traced the wiring back to fuse box and couldn't see any problems. So today I grab another pack of fuses and stuck another fuse in ...and what u know, the fog lights work fine.

So....i really havent been doing much to the 4Runner lately. But, i dig score some Weathertech mats on craigslist a few days ago...also got some vent visors from the same dude. I broke both of the passenger side in channel vent visors a few weeks ago. These are not the in channel ones but will do, until i can get some replacements back from AVS.

OH yeah...i forgot to mention...i have been doing alot of maintenance on the runner here lately...just gonna list the things i replaced...long story short...went on a "SHORT wheelin trip with Haddix" it didnt go so well!! i was backing up on a river bank, haddix was my spotter, truck slipped off bank on some BIGG Fn roots and went in the river!! OH SHINIKEYS!!! sittin on front bumper. stuck....had to get a tractor to come pull 4Runner across Jigg water River, while the water was coming in on the driver side i realized "NOTTA GOOD IDEAL!". (driving the 4Runner home with only my fog lights and PIAA lights on really sucked...but oh well i got it home. Then i had to replace....

*Knock sensor
*Fuel pump regulator
*Heet in fuel tank
*seafoam

Haha yeah I Shoulda took pics for sure....I was sitting at a crazy angle... to give u an ideal, my 4runner was sitting on front bumper and ass up in air, I coulda opened hood without getting hands wet but my headlights were covered in water, I only had 3 wheels touching the ground and Haddix was holding onto the rear driver side bumper to keep it from rolling over! When we started walking across the river to go to his buddies house (guy with tractor) my phone was in back pocket.....needless say it also went for a swim so I wasn't able get any pics.... next time I will just for t4r.org LoL ...

Thanks alot... he is something else...he loves going places in the 4runner! The maintaince list is getting long I need to do a bunch more, 304k u gotta start spinning wrenches! LoL! You have a hell of a 4runner well, I am super jealous of ur lotus cvs and ur CBI bumper...

New Headlights!!
The most current pic of 4Runner....
Ordered headlights from Eagle Eye, they are defiantly better than my old headlights... I also installed some KC lights on the front and took off the PIAAs. I plan on moving them to the lower valence....just dont know if that the best place for them....
Here is a comparison between the very OLD...and NEW!!
These have definately been through hell....BUT, i smell a retrofit coming!! HOPEFULLY....
I am still considering a set of HIDs. BUT, I really wanna do a projector retro fit. REALLY REALLY BAD!

Nice build! I have been searching all week for someone with lights mounted on the bumper like that. Can you take some closer pictures of how it is mounted? Maybe a quick write up? I'm getting some lights for my birthday next month and wanted to mount them like yours! I really like the look.

thanks man...i dunno about a write up but i can get u some quick pics of them closer up.
basically all i done was placed the lights where i thought they looked good and made sure it was centered up with the grill. Then i took a sharpie and put a small dot where the light bracket was sitting on the bumper. Then i removed the grill so that i had more room to work. Then i made a small pilot hole with the smallest drill bit i had (Metal bit) TIP...drill slow so u dont chip paint and so drill bit doesn't slide. Then take a drill bit the size of the bolt u are using to mount ur lights with and drill the hole the rest of the way out. Mount ur lights, aim them and enjoy. Not mucha a write up but i am pretty sure u can get the picture....:thumb:
Small UPDATE....got rid of the VHT tent on my tail lights...THANK GOODNESS!!! NOW TO tackle the turn signals....i have grown to hate it....also considering painting my skid plate silver, who knows...
