Im 5'11'' I put one foot in, hop with the other and slide in. Been doing it for years on different rigs. Everyone else climbs the tires and does an awkward hang on for dear life, then kinda shimmies in and laughs.

Now imagine how I feel with mine--I'm only 5'7"! I jam the right foot into the door opening, grab the wheel, and jank!

I'd like to nominate Clownmeat's rig.
He's done some of the most awesome and unique work I've ever seen on a 3rd-Gen 4Runner - paddle shifters on an auto transmission and a rear snorkel just to name two.
The picture is kinda poor with regard to how it was taken but excuse it since it's the latest I could find that had his snorkel included. Hit the link below to read more about it!

I'd like to nominate A10MileHusker. He's been helpful around here and has a sweet 4Runner that was mild for a while, but really transformed in the last year. Also, if we 4th Gen'ers ever get Bushwacker Cut-Out flares, it'll be thanks to him.

I see your location says your in the Rockies so get out there and take one! I had to drive 23 hours for mine, it should be a hop, skip, and jump away from you.

Being in the 5th gens. I've always been impressed with adio3x's build, but I just got done with clown meats build thread. oh My to me it's a 2horse race. Both are well done. I've been thoroughly impressed by clown meats ingenuity while saving cash to continue modding at a crazy pace. Kudos to both

im gonna have to second the dirtco build thread, that guys rig is pure excellence! and he dose all the work himself, the guy (along with clownsteak)is a god among men in the 3rd gen world. :hatsoff:
His 1st gen with the 22rte was even more impressive! Still all built by himself pretty much but a lot more work done on that rig. It's awesome to me just because it's a first gen. These 1st gens are harder and harder to find in good shape and well taken care of. The fact that he built that rig from the ground up and still kept it in awesome shape is cool.

Yeah, I'm near Yellowstone. Where was this photo? It reminds me of Glacier National Park... I'll have to get my 'Runner out in the mountains!

It's a little spot off of a middle creek road in Creede, CO, where we like to go biking. I'm not 100% but I believe the mountains in the background are part of the Continental Divide.
