Tacoma TRD coils vs 4Runner trail

I have a 2013 Tacoma TRD that I put long travel stuff on at 100 miles and just bought the wife a 2014 4runner Trail. She wants hers lifted with little bigger tire as well. I have seen post about the TRD coils lifting the front 2 inches but havnt found a year or model. I would think the truck stuff would be lower capacity than the 4runner but see it everywhere. Anyone know if it will raise it before I just order another lift?

Tacoma coilovers are different than 5th gen 4Runner coilovers. Couldn't tell you what the difference is, but they are different part numbers. FJ coilovers would work on a 5th gen.

I believe the difference is in spring rate and valving. My wife drives the 4R and I have a Tacoma. While waiting on her icons I put in an used set of Tacoma coils that had a spacer lift. That setup gave her 2-3 inches so I doubt just the coils would yield a full 2".
