Tail Light Socket Configuration

I have 2006 4Runner SR5 with Crytsal Eyes tail lights. I have to replace both L & R because Crystal Eyes looks to be no longer in business. I bought a set of Brock off Amazon. There's clearly something wrong with the wiring harness on my car. The harness has a 6-pin receptical connector that plugs into the Crystal Eyes. A reverse light receptical is part of the Crystal Eyes tail light.
Looking at several You Tube videos the tail light has either 2 or 3 light socket recepticals.

Am I missing a splitter harness?

My guess is the previous owner had a lighting/ audio shop do the work

Your best bet is to find someone parting out a 4runner or going to a junkyard and cutting the wires/ harness you need and then connecting them end to end to the matching wires in your 4r

Tail light socket configuration

I got more info. Now I need some confirmation.

There is a "socket lamp" (9007560018) which it looks more like an adaptor. See it in the video (How To Replace Taillights 03-09 Toyota 4Runner - YouTube) at the 2:46 - 3:01 times. This is for the middle hole.

Correct?

Now the bottom hole. I believe it's PN 9007560035. See it in the video (How To Replace Taillights 03-09 Toyota 4Runner - YouTube) at the 3:04 to 3:10 times. It houses a 921 bulb.

Correct?

What goes into the top hole?

Sorry I don't know the socket number for the turn signal, nor the blub number but the bulb number should be easy to find.

Edit: The rear turn signal bulb number is 7440A

plug in your vin to verify

looking at your aftermarket stuff, you need the main socket 90075-60057 to connect back to the factory wiring, maybe it fell down inside your truck.
