So I finally finished rebuilding my Kings. Got in and replaced all the seals, o-rings, and wipers, checked the wear bands, all that fun stuff. Honestly it wasn't to hard. I had a couple moments where I was confused but a quick email to King sorted me out. I have to say that Kings customer service is second to none. Every time I called I got somebody who transferred me to the right department instantly. No waiting, no bs. After that I sent a couple emails back about specifications and other random questions and they were all answered right away and usually in way more detail than I needed (special thanks to Mark Basham my guru over at King).
Now I just have to get them charged and wait for my 700# springs to come in. Anybody want some Toytec Eibach coils on 5100s?
Coming apart

Shaft pulled, valving and stuff is already pulled off in this pic. Forgot to take one with it all on the shaft

Piston

After this I pulled the internal floating piston because the previous owner said that when he pulled them they didn't dampen as well. I assumed the IFP o-ring was blown thus causing the nitrogen to bleed into the main chamber. Safe to say I was right. Looks like a blown o-ring to me (dont mind my dishes
