Te1 & e1

So i jumped te1 and e1 and got codes: 43 and 42......
Does anyone know what these are???

42=no SPD signal for 5 sec when engine is above 2500 rpm (vehicle speed sensor/ckt)
43=no STA signal until engine reaches 800rpm with vehicle not moving ( Ign sw/ckt)
