They have been for a while, but not when I first posted them. It would have drove me nuts knowing they were like that. I have fixed a few of them but it was a pain in the ass!!

Our weekend didn't start off the best. *We planned to leave around 4, as soon as Aiden got out of school. *
We didn't leave Spanish Fork until 6:00. *20 mile before we got to Price this happened.
We should have taken that as a sign of things to come!!
We got to that camp site 11:00 pm and set up camp. *I think our Mountain Biking neighbors hated us!!
Camp site had ZERO shade, but we were in the trucks most of the time so didn't really matter.
The rest of the group arrived about Midnight. *Didn't get pics til morning.

Just after the waterfall my uncle in his BAD ASS Commando busted his output shaft. *We had to turn around and go back out. *Damned Triple has avoided me again.
That night 9:30 pm, my other uncle rolled into camp with the great idea to pull a night run on "The Pickle". *This is where I got into my pickle!! *
Very first obstacle got me. and I quote from traildamage.com
"This is 50-50, the first obstacle. It is a series of big steps, and short wheelbases have the advantage here simply because of the placement of the steps. There is room to turn around at the bottom, if you change your mind about the trail. It's called 50-50 because it seems to take out or turn back about half of your group, and you make it up about half of the time. Your chances are about 50% here, it seems. This is where most of the breakage will occur if you skip Wishbone."
So far it's got 100% of the time.
Now the hard part is finding a case or shaft to replace it. *
One more shot from back at camp. *My cousin took a bunch more pics so when she gets them to me I will post them up.

Got the transfer case fixed this past weekend. Now I just need to address the root of the problem. My tires are at a buddies [MENTION=84911]Clfrnacwby[/MENTION] house so I needed a set to get it out of the shop so I threw my 39s on just for the hell of it!!
I think it looks pretty sweet/redneck!! *Back to my roots. *:twisted:*Too bad they have to come off. *
My brother picked up my new wheels from AJ Saturday. Now I just the need to start saving for tires! *My plan is to put on 35/12.5r15s in either the Wrangler MT/R Kevlar or the General Grabber.
Any ways here are the pics on 39s for your enjoyment!!
Oh and this is what we do for fun around the Hardy farm!

Forgot to update this last weekend. *I had a chance to get a little done, not much but a little. *
Once we got done with football for the day I went to work.
I got the axle pulled and the old leaf springs dropped. *Now I need to meet up with Andrew and pick his springs ups and figure out how to mount them under it. *They are 10" longer than the ones I just pulled out. *
I have also got the Dana 44 pulled apart ready to truss and set up the new gears. *Hopefully next time I'm up there I can get that done.

Did you grab Andrew's old Tundra springs? Are you going away from the quarter elliptical setup?

Yes I am picking up Andrews Tundra springs, No I'm not going away from the elliptical. 1 of the root causes we found for the severe axle wrap was that the spring pack was just to soft, another was in order to put the axle where we needed it we had the sprigs reversed (which we have done before on different applications with no problem). The combination of the 2 spelled disaster.
The plan is to use the Tundra pack which if used the correct direction will put the axle in the exact same spot as the pack I had. The extra length will come on the back. I am going to build a longer set for the elliptical spring. The Tundra springs should be heavier than the old ones plus with the heavier half forward it will minimize the axle wrap. when all said and done I am still going to build an axle wrap bar to make sure!!

Talked to my dad yesterday about what we are going to do to get my runner done and out of his shop. *He told me that my uncle is currently building a truss for the rear axle so that we can roll it under. *The one concern we had was that the Locker we were going to use came out of my dads jeep that had a bent housing. *the carrier was broke but the locker looked to be in decent condition. *The problem it how to test it before going to the work of putting it in just to find out it doesn't work. *The conclusion that we came to most of you won't agree with, but we feel that where it is not a DD it will work great. *I think we are going to weld the spiders, and lock it solid. *The only driving it does is to the trail and I feel more than comfortable with that.
