The fj springs I am looking at have a little surface rust

Will this be ok? I am in sc and don't see any rust on my runner's current suspension. Here the discripion from the seller:

"There are some areas of surface rust – there is a spot on the shock housing on each of the rear shocks and one of the rear springs has a spot where the coating has come off where it rests on the axle."

I wouldn't give it a 2nd thought...
