UPDATE:
This past weekend I went to the local Pick and Pull and found a few 99 Chevy Blazers. I used the factory axle bump stops with the buckets and put them on the Runner. I got both buckets, hardware and both bump stops for $7. You have to use the factory 4Runner hardware(bolts) when mounting these (new) bump stops, the 99 blazers are wider diameter. Here is a picture of the final install.
Very easy, just unbolt the old and bolt in the new, I also soaked the Blazer bump stops in industrial grease for the night to kinda re-condition them a little bit (kinda worked) lol.

Did you happen to measure the difference in length between the new and old bumpstops? I'm interested in using these when I put in my LC coils

This picture is only for ideas. This is not for a 4runner but you could make these for cheap and put the old bumpstop back on.

What is that? Like a plastic block or something? Seems like a good idea, I could handle the blazer stops for $7 though lol
