Okay i am a fan.. so dont flame too hard on anything you dont like because you'll break my heart .. just kidding, let me know your honest opinions, I just got my CB gear today, i am going to order the custom 3rd gen antenna mount but for now i have rigged up my own ghetto one. I added a few of my own touches and if youve followed my rig at all you'll noticed a lot has changed :art:

I would think you would get more light throw with the Hellas if they were spaced further apart, but that is just arbitrary.

JEGS is great.. and i am such a corporate sellout. I got a free hat and two stickers when i ordered my muffler from them (they are just an online auto parts supplier.. with great prices). The hat is a..gorgeous..yellow and black and it must have cost atleast 11 cents to make. Last mod for the time being is to drop the front suspension an inch since i am so smart and fully maxed the toytecs on the bilsteins .. Doi

NICE rig! I really like it! Two JEGS stickers is probably overkill, but otherwise I like it!

I agree with LittleCaesar - you would get more light if you spread the Hellas farther apart or pointed them in different directions...

Your truck looks so different from when I was reading your mudflaps thread. I like that you painted them from red to black. I finally started working on mine in my shop today. People will certainly give you their opinions around here, but if you like your truck, then that's all that matters. IMO, I think it looks cool. And I'm glad you figured out your suspension issue.

Im so torn. Never liked that style of "mudflap", but the truck is so clean I almost don't care. lol

Looks pretty good. The flaps look better black, though I doubt they will stay that way for long. I don't like the front blacked out signal lights, they look odd being so dark.

I like the bold black on light coloring, but I think it would look better if you painted the limited trim on the doors black so that the black line of the bumpers continues throughout the vehicle.

I would also say drop the racing stripes on the rear wind deflector.

Any plans for painting the cladding? One opinion is that having the black with the silver and then the body color kind of makes it look like there's a bunch of different stuff slapped together. I think it would look a lot cleaner if the bumpers and cladding matched. I also think a set of clears would look a lot better than the black ones. They stand out a little too much for my tastes.

That being said, it is YOUR rig and I'd never tell you that you absolutely needed to change a thing. Just my opinion.

Very clean truck. The only thing I would change if it were mine, I'd paint the bumpers and grill to match the flares and cladding. The black just looks like it was hit and put back together with mismatched parts.

Sorry, don't mean to insult you at all. It obvious you love the truck. And it's yours, not mine, so my opinion doesn't really mean sh*t. LOL. What are your future plans for it?

After all it is your truck so to each there own right? I think it looks great IMO but get rid of the Jegs stickers. Not sure if all the blacked out bumpers go with the limited flares, but thats just me.

I like everything.... except the Jegs stickers... lol! I can't believe it... I actually have found a truck with black painted stock bumpers that I like! For some reason, it just seems to flow really well with the rest of your rig man....

that is a suuuuuuper clean rig!! Ya i miss my blackies. i am in the market for aftermark wheels anyway so i can get rid of the 16x7s and upgrade to 16x8s. I think i agree with 99% of you regarding the cladding/flares, im just afraid to commit to it.. i mean it IS a limited guys Im going to take of the stickers tomorrow any wheels suggestions for under 150 a piece? I want american racing AR23 but not too sure about the lugcentric deal.. Im actually in love with the racing stripes lol, super corny but for some reason they get to me in the right way. Might put the roof rack back on as well, i need to get my hands on a full size spare and going to hardwire a compressor for those few times i get my ass out of the truck to air down. I also want to tint the front windows slightly (as its illegal here), i hate how it goes from near limo tint to perfectly clear - no flow.

As for the light i have another 2 hellas, im considering putting them on the outside of the inner ones.. otherwise i agree with spreading them out, i only put them so close because my original plan was to put all 4 up there.

thanks man! and ive thought about doing my flares and cladding and im in the same boat, i just cant get myself to do it. discount tire has a brand of wheels called mb, they make several good looking wheels and are pretty well priced. thats where i got my first set of wheels all 4 cost about 500 buks.. and one of my best friends just bought a set from them and it was 450 installed. wasnt bad at all
