Thoughts on wheel spacers

So what are your thoughts on 1.25" Spidertrax wheel spacers ? I am running 20's with Nitto grapplers on my rig (see album). Not sure if its worth getting them or not....

search is your friend, its been discussed before.

I run spacers, but there are no way I would talk anyone into it. There are definite cons if not installed right, or if you didn't take into account your rim/wheel size/offset/width/etc.

ideally get rims that match your factory offset, use spacers and make sure you torque properly and check torque after using to make your wheels match your factory offset

using spacers so your wheels stick out past your fenders is dumb

I was leaning towards replacing the rims with some 17 or 18's once these tires go and get them with the offset instead of spacers. I was just floating the idea around for thoughts, but I had my reserves about it or I would have gotten them months ago.... I guess on to the next project!

More points of failure. Just get wider or lower offset wheels.

In your case I would not run spacers. Looks good to me. I run 1.25" spacers with my stock wheels in the Winter but in the Summer with my 18" wheels, no spacers!!!! Also I have the Cornfed 1" front leveling kit.
