My throttle is sticking and I have no idea how to fix it. I can rev it up and it will idle normal but thats all I know. plz help

I'd start with a visual inspection of the throttle body and linkage. Shoot some carb cleaner on the linkage and work it by hand. Make sure the return spring is there and not broken or hung up. look at the cable connection, you may find something not right stuck in there. Then work backwards along the throttle cable, thru the firewall to the pedal.
If it all looks good, you may want to remove the throttle cable and lube it up good. This needs to be done from time to time anyway, especially for those of us who off-road.
Now, if all that is fine, you may have a different problem, but check this stuff first. After this it gets tricky and involved, timing and such. But if you don't have any other problems, this is my guess.
I used to have a 79 Ford Bronco with the big block and an Edelbrock 4bbl carb. I was moving off from a stop sign (in a school zone none the less!) and the throttle stuck wide open! After powerbraking and squalling the tires around the corner and shutting it down hard at the curb, I found the throttle return spring had broken off. I rigged it with a rubber band and made stright for the parts store!

I would put money on (speaking from experience w/ my 85) that your throttle cable is coming apart. It happened to me up in the mountain's wheeling (go figure) but the wires in the cable started breaking and coming out of lay, and hanging up inside the plastic cable covering, and making it stick. I tried lubing it but it didn't really work, I got a used throttle cable for I think 12 bucks and it's worked great ever since.

To Clean the throttle body remove the air intake hose and examine the intake and throttle body for excessive carbon build if found then buy a can of throttle body cleaner labeled "safe on oxygen sensors,TPS's and catalytic converters" do not use carb cleaner make sure your engine is fully warmed up prior to using as when the throttle body is hot it dissolves the carbon easily and quickly.The labels usually specify to park the vehicle at ground level (0 degrees,no inclination) and have the engine running but I disagree I instead park the vehicle on a hill facing down and shut the engine off and hold a rag below the lip of the throttle body and poor the stuff and use a tooth brush.
