Ticking in the rear....help !

I have a 2011 4R Limited...45,000 miles. I hear a ticking sound coming from somewhere around/behind the rear passenger seat on the driver side. I hear it when the the suspension is jarred,evenly slightly. It could between the rear passenger seat and the rear hatch.
It drives me crazy...I've had it apart several times,tried everything !!
Any ideas ???
