Just wanted to let everyone know something I found out from dealer recently..
I was having an annoying ticking/rattle sound from the back seat and told my service rep. He sent one of his techs out for a ride with me, and when we returned to the dealership the tech told my service rep four words, "another back seat frame".
My service rep proceeded to tell me there is a known back seat frame issue with a series of 2015 VIN#s, and he would order a new seat frame and call me back once it came in.
Call came, took truck back and was ready for pickup that afternoon...ticking noise fixed.
In addition to the rear seat, I was also having a ticking noise from driver's door. They insulated the door, and now there's zero ticking.
Just thought I would throw this out there for anyone with a '15 that is experiencing ticking/rattle from back seat or doors, as they were free fixes.
