Tips for vehicle check over before 1000 mile trip

I am getting ready to move in 2 weeks from the Midwest to upstate NY.
I will be trading a duplex for downtown living so I need to knock out a lot of preventative maintenance really quickly here. I will no longer have a garage or for that matter anywhere to work on my 4R
Here is what I have or had done by Toyota dealer since purchase last October with 138,000 miles.
Timing belt
Water pump
Radiator
Transmission fluid change (Toyota T-IV)
Lower ball joints (oem)
Power Stop carbon ceramic TBU
Bedlined entire undercarriage, then sprayed with used oil
New air filter
Coolant flush
Penzoil Plat Syn & wix filter

I need to do the following
-Install a set of used 99 coils
-Drop off at firestone to get aligned and install new tires
-Grease driveshafts
-Flush front & rear diffs w/ Redline Syn
-Broke a belt the weekend and going to replace all three Drive belts with Oem.
Also the idler was shot so that will be on order too. Alternator belt gashed the Lower rad hose when it snapped so that will be replaced also.

Anything else I am missing or should address?

Questions for this week.
Any good tips for replacing the idler pulley? Does it just unbolt from the adjuster?
What paint code 99 front coil goes on the driver side and which on the passenger side?

It seems like you have everything in order.

My biggest concerns would be the condition of the radiator, timing belt, LBJs, drive belts, brake pads, u-joints, and fluids. I seem to always carry a quart of motor oil and two quarts of transmission fluid since it's used for the PS system too.

The AC idler pulley is simple. Once you loosen the belt with the adjustment bolt you can just remove the nut that holds the pulley on...it's a 5-10 minute job.

Thanks. I was hoping all I needed to do was remove the center bolt from the idler.
The lower ball joints, entire front brakes, drive belts, lower rad hose, timing belt, water pump, and radiator are all new and have less than 6000 miles on them.
I'll carry my complete socket set, basic hand tools, some engine oil, trans, and coolant.
And some electrical tape because that has some serious hose patching ability

I rebuilt the top end of my engine once in an apartment parking lot with just a basic tool set from Wal-mart. Lack of space will not stop you at all, but I can understand wanting to do a lot of it first.

Maybe have your battery load-tested.

Where are you moving to? (I'm originally from the Adirondacks)

My 01 sits really low. Swapped 265/70/16s for 265/75/16s. Rubbing in the front. The 99 talls gained me 2" in the front
