Tire debating question w/ 2" lift

Alright so I'm about to pull the trigger and buy toytec coilovers, OME 906's and Bilstein shocks. ~2" lift. I have run into a problem- I wanted to run toyo open country A/T 2's on tundra rims so that i could do the 231mm brake upgrade, however toyo does not make a 265/70/17 size A/T2 tire. So... what tire should i run? I know a lot of people like the duratracs but I'm not really a huge fan. I wont be doing any hardcore offroading- some trail riding maybe a river or two here and there.
I have also thought about saying screw it and going 3" lift but I'm not sure if I will fit in the parking garage at school if I do that. the garage is 6'8" I believe.

I have not heard much feedback on the Rugged Terrain's, but have heard good things about the Nitto's. Nitto is also made by Toyo. Tire Rack is a great place to read reviews.
 
Consider cooper discoverer at3s as well. Very road friendly, nice aggressive look, and from the reviews I've read, one of the best performing all terrains off road. Just got them myself and haven't had a chance to take them off road yet, though.
 
Thanks for the input guys, I'm for sure considering the nittos, and I will look into the coopers, generals, and bfg's
