Tire P Sensor what to do?

I just bought a set of 18" limited rims and it came with the tire pressure sensors. I don't need them and was wondering if there is a way of finding out if they work or not so I can sell them (4).

Also, anyone know how to take them out? Do you need any kind of special tool?

Any local tire shop should be able to test/remove the sensors. The removal is not a big deal.

thanks for the info...I left them at NTB to put on Nitto Crossteks and they will take the TPS off and give them back to me. They said their tester isn't working at the moment so i'll take them down to Toyota to see if they can test them.
