Tire Pressure Monitering System + New wheels

I have an 04 4runner and i am looking to lift it, but when i do it i want to change the rims along with getting bigger tires, but i have that tire pressure monitoring system, and i don't know if i have to look for a certain type of rim or what...So if you all could please clear this up for me that would be great

Whats more important than the rim is the installer. Only go to a shop that is familiar with the tire monitor system. You should not have a problem with them fitting in the rims. But installation is the key to not having problems. Hope that helps, do a search and you will find more info.

How big of a lift are you planning, rims are not necessarily needed depending on the type of lift.
