tires and 60,000miles tune up??

My 2000 4Runner just had its 60k tune up and got its belts changed.

What exactly do they do in a 60k tune up

Im also looking for some AT tires.

Im looking at Bridgestone Dueler AT
What is the difference between the regular version and the revos.

Regular Bridgestone Dueler AT: proven, tough, but noisy. Traction is pretty good.

REVOs: great all-weather/all-season, quieter, looks great, but more expensive. Being a newcomer, it is not as proven in off-roading as the original.

The regular AT is still being sold probably because it's significantly cheaper...to keep the country folks with pickups happy.

I'm pretty fond of the cooper discoverer A/T, it's a little noisy on the highway but it has a pretty aggressive tread pattern so it gets good traction and it is well priced.
