Too much rust ?

Hey everyone,
Just looking for some advice about a clean but high millage 2011 trail that I'm thinking about purchasing.
Being from Florida I don't know how to judge to what extent rust can become an issue.
Here's the underside of truck I'm looks at. It's a 2011 trial edition with 111,000 miles on it and it's from Vermont. I've worked out a price of 19k.
Is this too much rust or can I inhibit it and be good ?

Thank you for any/all that you have to say.

I think you can take care of that rust. I have seen rustier and older vehicles be restored. Maybe offer a little lower price and point out the rust issue that needs to be dealt with.

Thank you bro. I've actually been waiting to hear back from someone here before I moved forward on the purchase....One thing I didn't check was if the rust was inside the frames fingers crossed

Too much rust for me to be happy pay $19K for a North/East 2011 SUV...orig. vehicle from FL, should be the search.

I live in the Ontario Canada rust belt, and my 2000 4Runner and wife's 2008 RAV4 Limited is a ton nicer underneath.
But my vehicles are wax-oil undercoated properly.
- that 2011 has been really neglected

Doesn't look that bad just surface rust. You could buff & paint or just treat with fluid film
