2012 Shoreline Blue TE w/ KDSS, no nav.

I had to order from Idaho to get what I wanted (dealers around here couldn't arrange a trade with a dealership so far away) so I had to have it shipped out here. So glad I did because I got EXACTLY the truck I wanted

The driver of the shipping truck called this afternoon to tell me he wasn't going to be able to make it up to me tonight since he'd be over his hours and would have to go through a weigh station, but if I was anxious I could meet him about 25 miles away and grab it. So, of course, I met him down there to pick up my new ride. After a meticulous look around to make sure that everything looked kosher from the shipping I signed off on it and took delivery

I drove it home, but haven't had a chance to do much playing or anything. Just excited as hell to wash it and drive it some this weekend! After the long truck ride it's in dire need of a bath. Can't wait to get to know this ride. Hope I get the same ~200k miles I've gotten out of my 2002 Sport Edition.

I figured I'd get that. I didn't get any since it was dark by the time I got home. It needs a good bath before getting pictures taken too!

Glad to see so many people in love with the color as much as I am!

Unfortunately I did NOT call in sick today, so pics will have to wait. Tomorrow is give the truck a good bath day, then gonna get some pictures to post and then show it off to friends and family!

I'm so in love with it so far...It was a royal pain in the ass (and at the end of the day cost me about an extra $1000 to get the shoreline blue), but I'm REALLY glad that I stuck to my guns and paid the extra for it!

Nobody likes mag gray? :moping: That would be my first pick. I'd have to say the SB color is pretty sweet and extra rare! Congrats OP, you lucky dawg!

I loved the mag gray and was all set to get my LE in that color, until I saw the SB in the sunlight. :jump:
Man the Toyota website does not do the SB justice, in fact when I was messing around building my own 4R I hated the SB on the website, just goes to show "beauty is in the eye of the beholder"

Finally got around to get a picture uploaded. Washed it this afternoon and snapped this. LOVE the car and love the color through the first 150 miles or so

I cannot wait to get some nicer weather so I can see it in full sunshine. Plus I need to give it a good long washing and wax!
