Torque for wheel spacers?

What is the torque to mount spidertrax wheel spacers to the axle?

Any supporting information to mount the spacers will be highly appreciated. Never done this before.

I read somewhere it was about 90-95 pounds. Also, remember to always hand tighten them in a star, then tighten in a star.
