Toyota Owner's Network - Missing data?

I originally posted this in general, but I'm not getting any replies. I'm thinking that a lot more 5th gen owners may be on the owner network and can give me some feedback. (I apologize in advance to the mods for the duplication.)

So recently, Toyota updated the Toyota Owners Website (http://www.toyota.com/owners) I check it from time to time to review my service history and such. Today, I noticed some of my service history is gone. I know of a specific issue that was on my history before they upgraded the site, so that's how I noticed it missing. I'm curious if anyone else is noticing missing data on the site?

I contacted the Toyota Experience Hotline, the lady I spoke to did advise they were seeing some issues here and there, but wasn't sure why my records appeared to be gone. I'm going to have my dealer print my full service history out off my VIN # next time I go in there and compare.

So basically, I just want to know, has any of your info vanished? (Note: Vehicles older than 2007 model years may have data missing, this is mentioned specifically in the FAQ so those members with vehicles older than 2007 may already see this symptom.)

I've been seeing data going off and on for a while... year or so. But data always comes back in some time, just be patient.
