KDSS vs Non KDSS

I am currently looking at buying a used kit. I do not believe it came off of a KDSS 4runner but actually a 4th gen. What would the complications be with this kit?

I'm pretty sure a 4th gen lift won't work on a 5th gen. But you could buy it let us know for sure. opcorn:
