Anyone know the difference between 03-09 coilovers and 10-15 coilovers? Suspension looks similar and wonder is adjustable toytec CO's for 4th gen would work on a 2010?

Yes they will. Toytec's part numbers are the same for their bilstein/5100 adjustable coil overs for both generations.

The LCA's were beefed up as well as the shock eyes and changed on the 2010+ and is one of the little talked about improvements for 5th Gens. The shock mount on the LCA is 2.2mm wider so although the 03-09 shocks will mount up but there will be fore and aft play unless you shim it with a couple of 1mm washers. front struts fit solution for 07-09 models - Page 2 - Toyota FJ Cruiser Forum
The play will result in wear and noise if they are left to move and also the 5ths are 400lbs or so heavier,most of the weight being in the front frame improvements, and should be valved accordingly.

Thanks guys for the info. I do have another question that you guys may have the answer to. I have a SR5 with no lockers, I know the trail edition has a e-locker rear. Besides the axle and switch, what else is missing to ad the rear locker. What i'm saying is if I can locate a rear axle off a trail or say an FJ that has it, would it plug and play or do you think the harness is completely different for both vehicles?

The wiring isn't there. You're better off going for an ARB.
