If you check out autotrader.com I think you'll see most '03s are in the low 30's, some I've seen getting into the high 20's, a lot depends of course on the mileage and whether it has the nav/marklevinson system and the rear DVD system. I saw an '03 for sale at a used car lot in my area for only $26,500 but it had almost 100K miles on it and had no navigation/marklevinson. The ones that are "certified pre-owned" at the Lexus dealers will usually cost a couple grand more on average - money well spent IMO given the cost of fixing things on these vehicles (e.g., the TSB for the rear "clunk" would have cost me over $1K in parts an labor if it wasn't for the warranty).
