Change me to a no go. I got some front end damage Friday morning. Do far I cant figure out all that is wrong so I doubt I will have it fixed by Saturday.

I wish I could say the damage was trail related but it was not.

yeah, us in Colorado know what probably caused that...

snowmaggedon? I havent seen this much snow since 2004 or 2005 at least

oh, and theres no way Ill be ready, the Ring and Pinion gears I bought for my front diff were shot, so I have to get new ones, means Ill be pulling my rear 3rd member on monday and hopefully in a few weeks I can put everything back together...

If we are to be at the trailhead at 10:00, then we should meet at the Loaf N Jug at 8:15-8:30, rolling out no later than 8:40. Agreed?

Those with CBs, how about channel 3 ?
I'll have mine on from my house so if you see me on the road, give me a shout.

Caution: The road from Jefferson to the trailhead usually has patchy ice in the shaded areas.

Guys, unfortunately I can't make this run. My wife and I will be celebrating our first anniversary on Saturday. So it goes without saying...

However, I will be making a run to Lefthand Canyon on Sunday if anyone is available. Make sure to take lots of pictures!

I just finished doing a 5-tire rotation and lubing my drive-line. I'm not a fan of the cold, but I've decided that I can't let that stop me from hangin' out with my T4R.ORG family!

Well, I am completely bummed now!! My wife and I will not be able to make it to the run tomorrow. I am really sorry about bowing out so late, but with all of the problems right now, we will have to wait until the next run. I hope everyone is safe, and has a blast tomorrow.

I'm super bummed. I couldn't get my rig put back together in time. I was prepared to work all night and then drive straight to the meeting place if needed but I'm stuck without a press.

I have a couple of bad bushings in my driver's side lower A arms. I started on them on Weds to leave me plenty of time to get them swapped out but man those things have been a real PITA. I ended up building a couple of tools to help pull the cam tubes out but it's taken the better part of two days to remove them.

Success tonight at around 1:30am to get the tubes pounded out but didn't have a way to press out and in the new bushings. I tried my Dake press but it wasn't enough grunt and also I didn't have the right cups for the bushings. I also tried brute force with a hammer and not surprising that didn't work.

So enjoy the fresh snow, the good company, and the wheeling without me :cry2:
