Tranny Cooler install, can I femove AC condensor?

My 1997 has not had AC since I bought it, leak in the system somewhere and since this truck was used on the beach a lot it's really rusting out. Like to get a couple of winters out of it for driving locally and bring the small boat down to the beach.

I got a leak in my transmission hose last year, put it up on blocks, drained the pan, bought the B&M cooler and am just getting around to doing the install. Yesterday I spent 3 hours just getting the skid plates off. 2 bolts actually came out, 2 I was able to grind the heads off and the other 4 had to be drilled out.

Got the grill out and finally noticed that the AC condensor ( that's what looks like a silver radiator, only smaller?) is in front of the cooling system radiator and that all the tutorials you guys have posted show mounting the tranny cooler up against that.

If I am never going to use the AC again would I be better off removing the AC condensor to get better air flow between the radiator and tranny cooler?

Anything I have to watch out for or should I just leave it as is?

I'd leave it in... You're not going to gain much by removing it...

Agree I have removed my condenser and install a tranny cooler on my 01 and I gain nothing but no able to sell my truck to the dealer.
