transmission removal/instalation tips

Hi everybody!

I will need to do this soon on my 1997 t4r automatic, 4x4.

Does anyone have done this before and have any tips? How hard of a job is it? I have done engine swap before, Im not that bad of a DIY man...

Is it possible to remove the tranny only or I need to remove the engine/tranny all together ? How much time should it take ?

yeah I have done some search. I found a lot for the 2nd gen, but mostly nothing for the 3rd gen...
